OBJECTIVE: To motivate young people to be better citizens. To promote lifelong learning skills, with emphasis of critical thinking skills, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills. The High School JROTC program was not established as a recruiting campaign to recruit young students into the Armed Forces. The most important desire and goal of the Army JROTC program is to graduate from High School.
