Bio

I'm from El Monte where I grew up with my 4 siblings (Briana, Briella, Brenna, and Brandon). I have a long background working in science and health fields, from helping animals as a veterinary technician, to working as a researcher in a neuroscience lab at Caltech. As a science teacher now, I have so much to share about the various fields of science that our students could explore, in my class, as well as beyond high school.

 

As for my education, I did my undergrad at UCI where I graduated with a B.S. in Biology (Zot Zot Zot!), and I received my Maters degree in education at UCLA.

 

My personal hobbies/interests include playing video games and table top games (some favorites are Zombicide and Gloomhaven), going to comic conventions, gardening (trying to improve my bonsai skills), and hiking.
