I am a Special Education Teacher and have been at Garfield High School for 17 years.
I grew up in the San Fernando Valley, Northridge to be specific, and graduated from Birmingham High School.
Before I became a teacher, I worked at Showtime Networks, as a writer-producer. During my time there, I was lucky enough to travel all over the world, and interview many interesting people. After being in the entertainment industry for many years, I decided to change careers and become a teacher.
I received my Special Education teaching credential from Cal State Northridge.
