In collaboration with the 21st Century Grant program, Mr. Alvarez offers a Graphic Arts class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 6pm. Students enrolled receive 5 units while learning to develop basic skills and understanding of processes in the Graphic Communications industry, which include the fundamental principles of color, layout, and design. Students learn about the function and application of desktop publishing software such as Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in Design, and Dreamweaver.
