Dear Class of 2026 Parents and Guardians,
You are invited to attend an in-person Senior Parent Meeting on Thursday, February 19, immediately following Student-Led Conferences. The meeting will begin at 6:45 PM and conclude at approximately 7:15 PM. During this time, we will review senior expectations, academic progress, college center updates, and upcoming senior events.
Cap and Gown Registration – Deadline February 20
Prior to the meeting, all seniors and families must complete the cap and gown registration form (link attached below).
This requirement applies to all Class of 2026 students, regardless of current graduation status.

Students who are unsure if they are on track to graduate must still register.

Students considering transferring schools for credit recovery must still register.
It is important that every student completes the registration so that a cap and gown is reserved for them, regardless of their final graduation status. Please do not delay. The deadline to submit the form is February 20.
Credit Recovery Opportunity
For students who may be off track, a credit recovery session will begin on February 21. Students must speak with their counselor to enroll. Parents and students who are unsure of their graduation status should schedule an appointment or email their counselor as soon as possible. It is essential that families stay informed about graduation progress.
Attendance Reminder
Participation in Graduation and Prom is a privilege. Students may not have more than 7 absences to attend these events. We ask for your support in reminding students of the importance of attending school daily.
If students have questions about absences or tardies, they may check in with our PSA Counselor, Sonia Thong.
