Memoir ELAC was the site of the last Bulldog Football Championship vs. Jordan. The game was decided on the last play, a 3-0 field goal by Garfield. The team was led by the Ayala brothers QB/WR combination. and one of best defenses ever in city football by All-City players Tommy Lopez and Bobby Gazmarian.
