Welcome to Mr. Edward Lopez English Class
Hello all I am Edward Lopez and welcome to my SDC English class for the year of 2021 to 2022. This is my first year at Garfield and I am very happy to join the bulldog team. I have been a teacher for 12 years at various different schools and districts, and I must say that teaching in Los Angeles feels like the best place for me to spend the rest of my career applying my skills to aid our youth of America. This year, I will be teaching our 9th graders and 12th graders in the English language and develop their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
